GIVING TO THE CHILD SUPPORT PROGRAM
Your generous support makes it possible for us to provide ongoing and holistic care to the children as well as reaching out to their families. This may not only be in monetary terms but also in items such as scholastic materials, bibles, soap, sanitary pads, toothbrushes, tooth paste, clothes, shoes, play materials and laptops especially for those at the university.
SPONSOR A CHILD
With 45 $ per month or 540$ per year, a child will be registered in the program and will receive holistic care as follows:
- Medical care
- School fees
- School meals (hot lunch and breakfast)
- Career guidance and ongoing mentorship
- Health and hygiene training
- Soap, toothpaste and tooth brush every beginning of term
- Girls will receive sanitary pads 3 packets every beginning of term
- Life skills training
- Spiritual Nurture
- Follow up by a social worker at school and at home
- Ongoing Psychosocial support for the child and the family
- Parenting training for the care giver
- Training in child protection for both the child, care giver and the general community where the child stays
- Nutritional training and support where necessary
