On a bright and inspiring day, FOCUS was filled with excitement as it welcomed back members of the Short Term Experience in Ministry (STEM) and Focus Trainers’ Associate Team (FATT) for a heartwarming reunion. The event was a beautiful blend of joy, nostalgia, and renewed purpose as former and current members gathered to reflect on their shared journey and envision the future of their ministry
The reunion brought together individuals who have played pivotal roles in shaping the impact of Focus Uganda. The STEM program, which has been a cornerstone of leadership development within the ministry, was well-represented by alumni who have gone on to serve in various capacities both within and outside the ministry. Their stories of transformation and growth were a testament to the program’s effectiveness in equipping young leaders with the skills and spiritual maturity needed to serve in their communities.
