STEM is the Short Term Experience in Ministry, a one-year programme for fresh graduates.
STEM staff work directly with students, discipling, mentoring and training the students of the Christian Union or Unions to which one is attached.
If you have just graduated and want to spend a year investing in students, STEM may be God's invitation to you.
A year of full-time ministry
Hands-on experience in campus ministry immediately after graduation.
Attachment to a Christian Union
You are placed with a specific CU and become part of its life.
Discipleship and training
You disciple, mentor and train student leaders week by week.
A season to discern your call
A formative year for young graduates weighing vocation and ministry.
A year served alongside others
