FATT

Professionals walking with students

An opportunity for associates to be involved in the lives of students by meeting one-to-one and in groups for mentoring and coaching.

What is FATT?

FATT stands for the FOCUS Associate Trainers Team, an opportunity for associates to be involved in the lives of students by meeting one-to-one and in groups for mentoring and coaching.

Each regional team is made up of 5–10 dedicated associates: working professionals who give their time and self-fund their activities, motivated by love for Christ and the next generation of campus leaders.

How it works

Associates engage students through individual mentoring relationships, small group Bible studies, and care groups on a flexible, self-directed schedule that fits around their own work.

Four areas of focus

Where associates invest

Bible study

Opening the scriptures with students one chapter at a time.

Evangelism

Modelling gospel conversations on campus.

Discipleship

Walking with students through their formative years.

Student support

Counsel, encouragement and practical help when life is hard.

5–10 per team

Small regional cohorts of committed associates.

Self-funded

Associates volunteer their own time and resources.

Bible-grounded

One-to-one Bible study at the heart of the work.

Flexible

Self-directed mentoring that fits around your work.

If you are an associate ready to invest in a student's life, we would love to hear from you.
