Greetings in the name of the Lord,

This an update on what’s happening in Kampala. There were bomb blasts at two venues in Kampala where soccer fans had gathered to watch  the 2010 FIFA World Cup  Finals. The bombs went off at about 11 pm on 11 July 2010. As of this morning, 76 people have been confirmed dead and 58 were hospitalised. So far 45 have received treatment and are on the way to recovery. Five died while in surgery and the rest are in the Intensive Care Unit. Among the dead are Irish, Americans, Congolese, Asians and Ugandans.
